The short version: prices are per tire and include delivery to your ZIP, stock is not held until you order, we stand behind fitment when you told us your vehicle, and an unmounted tire can come back.
These terms govern orders placed on Tireandwheel.com, operated by [registered entity name]. Placing an order means you accept them.
If you bought from us on Amazon or Walmart, that marketplace’s terms govern the sale and its return policy applies, not this page.
Prices are per tire or per wheel, unless a set price is shown beside it. A set is four unless the page says otherwise; for a staggered fitment, the front and rear pair are priced separately because they are different products.
The price includes delivery to your ZIP. We do not add freight at the last step. This is why the site asks for a ZIP before showing prices: the same tire genuinely costs us a different amount to land in different places, and we would rather show you the real number early than a smaller one that grows at checkout.
Tax is added at checkout, at the rate for your delivery address. Where a marketplace collects and remits the tax on a sale, we do not charge it again.
Prices can change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it.
Stock counts come from our distributors and are accurate at the moment you see them. Nothing is reserved for you until you place the order, and a size can sell out between your seeing it and our sourcing it.
Placing an order is an offer, not a completed sale. The sale is made when we confirm we can source it. If we cannot — the stock has gone, the price was wrong, or the listing was mistaken — we will contact you and will not charge you. If a charge has already been taken, we refund it in full.
We may limit or decline quantities, including where an order looks like it is for resale or where we cannot verify the delivery address.
If you told us your vehicle and bought what we showed you, we stand behind the fit. If it does not fit, that is our mistake and we cover it, including return shipping.
If you bought by size alone, we guarantee the size. We have no way to know what it is going on. Vehicles are modified, trim levels differ within a model year, and a previous owner may have changed the wheels — so a size that is correct on paper can still be wrong for the vehicle in your driveway.
Our fitment tools, plus-size calculator and bolt-pattern checker are guides. Your vehicle’s door placard and owner’s manual are the authority, and a professional installer’s judgement beats both. Where a load index or speed rating is specified for your vehicle, meet or exceed it.
Most orders ship directly from a distributor’s warehouse, which is why they arrive quickly and sometimes in more than one parcel. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we do not control the carrier.
Inspect before you sign. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. A parcel signed for as received in good condition is much harder for us to claim against.
If you chose an installer, your order ships to that shop in your name. The fitting appointment, the work and its price are between you and the shop — we are not a party to it, and we are not responsible for the installation.

We can usually cancel before the distributor has shipped. Once goods are in motion we cannot stop them, and the order becomes a return under the returns policy.
The delivery address cannot be changed after shipping. Please check it before placing the order; a redirect is not something the carrier will do for us.
The returns policy is on the returns and exchanges page and forms part of these terms.
In short: unmounted, unused product in its original condition can be returned within [return window]. A mounted tire cannot — no distributor will take it back, and we would be selling somebody else a used tire as new. Where the mistake is ours, the return costs you nothing.
The manufacturer warrants the product. Tread-life, workmanship and materials warranties are the tire maker’s, on their terms, and are claimed through them or through us on your behalf. Mileage warranties generally require documented rotations — keep the receipts.
Road hazard coverage is separate and is only included where the product page says so, or where you bought it. See road hazard coverage.
Beyond what we state here and what the law requires, and to the extent the law allows, we make no other warranty. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited — and in some states that includes rights this paragraph would otherwise restrict.
Tires are a safety part. Have them fitted by a professional, and have the vehicle checked if it behaves differently afterwards.
Where we are at fault, we will put it right. Except where the law does not allow us to limit it, our liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — time off work, a missed trip, a rental car.
[Counsel to review scope and carve-outs, including for death or personal injury and for state-specific consumer protections]
We work hard to describe products accurately, and we check the claims our own rail makes — the “lowest priced” pick is measured against the others rather than assumed. Errors still happen. Where a price or specification is plainly wrong, we are not obliged to honour it; we will tell you before charging anything, and you can cancel.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute arising out of an order or these terms is to be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and both of us submit to the jurisdiction of those courts.
[Counsel to confirm the Florida county for venue, and to decide separately whether to require binding arbitration with a class-action waiver instead of court proceedings — that is a distinct choice from choosing Florida, and it is the one with real trade-offs]
Nothing here prevents either of us from bringing a claim in small claims court, or us from seeking an injunction to protect our intellectual property.
